The 2023 Nominees for the 76th Annual Tony Awards take center stage as they were announced live earlier this morning from New York City on CBS This Morning followed by the complete nominee slate at The Sofitel. Announcing the nominations were actress Lea Michelle (Funny Girl) and 2022 Tony Award-winner Myles Frost. Here’s a partial list of the key nominees:
The Tony Awards eligibility cut-off date for the 2022-2023 season was Thursday, April 27, 2023 for all Broadway productions which meet all eligibility requirements. The 76th celebration will recognize all the award categories and honor the incredible artistry of the 2022-2023 season.
