Celebratory festivities roll out in droves now for Grammys® 60th Anniversary. Fans and music lovers can expect the flurry of activity to ramp up loudly leading up to music’s momentous and historic night on January 28th, 2018.

Between now and January 28th, 2018, fans and music lovers can expect a flurry of salutes, parties, retrospectives, news stories and activities leading up to the momentous Grammy® Awards Ceremony. January 28th will be a historic and Socially Sparked™ Day for all. That’s when the 60th Annual Grammy Awards presentation and live telecast returns to New York City at the legendary Madison Square Garden.

Kicking off the line up of events — last night’s televised special GRAMMYs® Greatest Stories: A 60th Anniversary Special — which aired on CBS and was also streamed live. GRAMMY® Award winners John Legend and Carrie Underwood were co-hosts. The TV Special featured a retrospective with epic moments from the past 59 years of GRAMMY history, including soundbites from executive producer Ken Ehrlich, past winners and performers, plus new interviews directly from the artists.

NOVEMBER 28th – THE RECORDING ACADEMY™ ANNOUNCES the 60th GRAMMY AWARDS® NOMINATIONS. The Recording Academy will reveal nominees in the four General Field categories (Best New Artist, Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Album Of The Year) live on “CBS This Morning,” Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 8:30 a.m. ET. Immediately following at 8:45 a.m. ET, the Academy will announce nominations across all 84 categories via press release, GRAMMY.com, and the Recording Academy’s social media platforms.
