The International Flair is clearly evident Harlem’s culinary offerings. One can find everything from comfort food, latin, caribbean and southern to Cuban and more! We spotlight a few of the restaurants that have Socially Sparked® our palettes for close to a century.

RED ROOSTER HARLEM – was named in honor of the legendary Harlem speakeasy that attracted neighborhood folk, jazz greats and noteworthy figures of the 20th century from Adam Clayton Powell Jr. to Nat King Cole and James Baldwin. Co-Creators are Andrew Chapman and Marcus Samuelsson. The restaurant serves comfort food that celebrates the roots of American cuisine and the neighborhood’s diverse culinary traditions. Looking for live music? Downstairs is one of NYC’s best kept secrets — Ginny’s Supper Club — a classic Harlem speakeasy with live performances and world renowned cuisine and cocktails.
