Remembering John Lennon 40 years later. (1940 – 1980). Forty years ago on that fateful day of December 8th, we lost music legend John Lennon to senseless gun violence when he was brutally shot and killed in front of his residence at The Dakota in New York City.

“IMAGINE all the people living life in peace, You, may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one, I hope someday you’ll join us, And the world will be as one.” — John Lennon

Gun violence and racism still plague our society. The world is at war with an invisible enemy that peace will not resolve. People are still starving. Climate change is at the forefront of global issues.
