Here's The Story of a Lovely Lady

Lovely lady actress Florence Henderson, probably best known to most as everybody’s wholesome mom to love–dies at the young age of 82.  The portrayer of Carol Brady in the ’70s TV show The Brady Bunch  set the standard for golly geeness during a very socially unstable time in American history.

One of the first blended TV families, “here’s the story of a lovely lady as the now classic television favorite theme song goes:

The Brady Bunch

“Here’s the story of a lovely lady
who was bringing up three very lovely girls
all of them had hair of gold, like their mother.
the youngest one in curls.

Here’s the story of a man named Brady
Who was busy with three boys of his own.
They were four men living all together
yet they were all alone

Till the one day when the lady met this fellow.
And they knew that it was much more than a hunch,
That this group must somehow form a family,
That’s the way we all became the Brady bunch.

The Brady bunch, the Brady bunch.
That’s the way we became the Brady bunch.”

Thank you Florence Henderson for socially sparking our lives. You will be sorely missed. — Abbe is So Sparked. @sosparkednews
