Honoring Heroes from a Social Distance
HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY 2020
Memorial Day 2020 will forever have an expanded meaning of the word “hero” — a direct result of the national pandemic that has cost America approximately 100,000 lives to date.
Today, our frontline workers — healthcare workers, first-responders and essential workers who’ve lost their lives to fight the nation’s invisible enemy join our service heroes who have lost their lives in the line of duty so our country and it’s people can remain ‘free.
To date, close to 100,000 Americans have lost their lives to the coronavirus. Many of them were our new frontline heroes combating an invisible enemy that is billed as the “world’s greatest enemy.” We will forever include these frontline, healthcare and essential workers along with our first responder heroes in Memorial Days to come.
Saluting all our heroes during the year of shelter-in-place, social distancing and wear a mask will forever take on new heartfelt meaning. We are so appreciative of the sacrifices our brave men and women of the armed forces and the pandemic make to keep America safe and free. — We are #SociallySparked. Tweet us @sosparkednews
