Covenant House Night of Stars Gala Goes Virtual & Free
The galas must go on, albeit virtually as the world and it’s live entertainment options stay shutdown. Virtual gala livestreams continue to soar as an ideal solution to the cancelled physical fundraisers. Covenant House, the human rights organization for homeless and trafficked youth is the latest nonprofit to jump into the virtual benefit fray.
A Virtual Night of Covenant House Stars
Their scheduled gala for May 18th cancelled due to the global pandemic and guidelines of shelter-in-place, social distancing and stay home. However, Covenant House is borrowing their Broadway friends’ philosophy “the show must go on.” And so it is as the “Virtual Night of Covenant House Stars!
On Monday, May 18th at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT, A Night of Covenant House Stars will stream live with a one-night only free virtual star-studded benefit concert available on several streaming networks. The night will feature stars including Audra McDonald, Morgan Freeman, Bon Jovi, Dolly Parton and many more. Anyone can view the benefit on the newly-launched Broadway on Demand Network or on several leading streaming networks.
