It has never been as important as now to mentor our next generation of leaders. In honor of National Mentoring Month, we spotlight this important awareness initiative and several mentoring events happening throughout the month.
National Mentoring Month celebrates mentoring and the positive effect it can have on young lives. The awareness campaign focuses national attention on the need for mentors, as well as how each of us—individuals, businesses, government agencies, schools, faith communities and nonprofits—can work together to increase the number of mentors to help ensure positive outcomes for our young people.
The fourth annual Women’s March will take place on January 18th, 2020 and is readying to be a landmark year. The 2020 focus is on targeted direct action aimed at those who have attempted to impede on women’s rights. #womenrising2020
